Post Glover Resistors in Erlanger, KY is seeking a full-time Material Handler to pull and kit parts, deliver materials to workstations, and maintain accurate ERP-based inventory records.

You will operate forklifts, restock bins, enter moves, and assist shipping/receiving on a first-shift schedule, with safety-first practices and team collaboration.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse, receiving, or material handling experience.
• Ability to read and write English and use basic math.
• Willingness to operate a forklift; training and certification provided.

Responsabilidades

• Pull and kit parts for assemblers to start work.
• Deliver materials to work stations using carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Restock hardware bins at work stations.
• Enter inventory moves and receipts in the ERP system and perform cycle counts.
• Receive, pack, and stage shipments.
• Flag shortages and damaged parts early to avoid delays.
• Keep aisles clean and safe and assist with non-production tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE on the floor.

ROLE: Material Handler
LOCATION: Erlanger, KY (Cincinnati metro)
BASE PAY: $23.00 – $25.00/hour

The Role

This is a full-time, first shift position on the shop floor and in the warehouse. You’ll pull and kit parts for our assembly teams, deliver them to work stations, and keep our inventory records accurate in our ERP system. You’ll move material with carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts, and help with shipping and receiving. You’ll work alongside production operators and report to the VP of Manufacturing, with shop leadership close by to help throughout your shift. If you like staying busy and keeping things organized, this job is a good fit, and we’ll train you on the equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pull and kit parts from the warehouse so assemblers have everything they need before they start
• Deliver materials to work stations using carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts
• Restock hardware bins at work stations
• Enter inventory moves and receipts in our ERP system and complete cycle counts
• Receive, pack, and stage shipments
• Flag shortages and damaged parts early, before they slow down production
• Keep aisles and work areas clean and safe, and help operators with non-production tasks
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times on the floor

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience (manufacturing is a plus)
• Basic math skills, comfort with a calculator and tape measure, and the ability to enter data into a computer accurately
• Willingness and ability to operate a forklift. We’ll train and certify you, and prior experience is a plus
• ERP or inventory system and cycle count experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read and write English well enough to follow work orders, labels, and safety signs
• Ability to stand and walk throughout a shift and lift up to 50 pounds, with team lifts or equipment for heavier items
• Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented, with a team‑first attitude
