Post Glover Resistors has been manufacturing specialized electrical products for over 130 years. Our resistors and power protection equipment keep critical infrastructure running, from power grids and mass transit systems to data centers and industrial facilities across North America. Demand for what we make has grown significantly in recent years, and we're building the team to meet it, starting with stronger floor leadership to support that growth.
This is a full-time, floor-based leadership role. You'll directly supervise the production supervisors across Assembly, Fabrication, and Shipping, along with the maintenance team, and you'll be the one turning production schedules and sales orders into daily execution. You'll work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Finance, and HR to keep the floor running safely and predictably, and with the VP of Manufacturing on longer-range capacity, staffing, and equipment planning. This role matters because PGR is scaling, and we need someone who can bring structure and discipline to how the floor operates while building the training and succession pipeline our supervisors and skilled technical staff will need for years to come.
