We're looking for Material Handlers who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute. In this role, you'll ensure materials and products flow efficiently across our facility, supporting production from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver raw materials and components to the production floor with precision and urgency
  • Unload inbound shipments and prepare outbound loads using forklifts, walkies, and other mobile equipment
  • Perform inspections and quality checks using tools like calipers, rulers, micrometers, and microscopes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for receipts, deliveries, and internal transfers
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and compliant with 6S and safety standards
  • Conduct equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to generate reports and communicate updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues, support process improvements, and train team members
  • Follow SOPs and prioritize safety in all tasks

Must-Haves:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
  • Forklift or walkie experience
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Safety-first mindset and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and team-lift heavier weights safely
  • Experience with automation or production assembly is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and equipment operation in a dynamic facility

Physical demands include standing 20%, walking 40%, sitting 10%, lifting 30%, with frequent lifting up to 20 lbs and occasional up to 35 lbs, assisted lifting over 35 lbs. PPE may include Tyvek or hazmat suits with respirators.
