Starting Wage: $18.00 an hour + overtime

Shift: 2nd shift 11:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday

Location: Dayton, Ohio

What You Will Do

• Read work orders or pick tickets and follow oral instructions to identify materials or containers to be handled.
• Load and unload materials using hands, forklift, pallet jack, conveyor, or other equipment.
• Secure materials in vehicles with banding and stretch wrapping.
• Move materials from storage or work sites to designated areas.
• Count, weigh, and record units handled daily.
• Attach labels or tags and mark information on materials or containers.
• Pack and prepare shipments.
• Ensure accuracy and security of packaging to prevent damage.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts regularly.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 6 months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to learn power equipment operation.
• Ability to read and understand written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 1 year of related warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, order pickers, and trucks like counterbalance, reach, and turret trucks.
