Job summary

Holman is seeking a Material Handler to support our Paint & Fabrication department in Bartlett, IL. The role starts at $22/hour with a Monday–Friday shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, offering comprehensive benefits and eligibility within 30 days.

You will pull, stage, and ship materials, operate forklifts, and help maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have sit-down forklift experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work indoors and outdoors in

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience required.
• Ability to use overhead cranes and rigging is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems.
• Experience in a warehouse or materials-handling environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage parts for Service and Fabrication.
• Check in and relocate delivered manufacturing materials.
• Package and ship inventory or purchased items using proper procedures.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed.

Holman Upfitting has a great opportunity for a Material Handler to support our Paint & Fabrication department in Bartlett, IL!

• Starting Pay: $22/hr

• Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Sit down forklift experience
• Use of Overhead cranes and rigging a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in a warehouse or materials-handling environment is a plus
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilitiesMust pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to employment

Pay:
