Job summary

Holman Upfitting in Bartlett, IL is hiring a Material Handler to support our Paint & Fabrication department. Starting pay is $22/hr with a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift and comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

You will pull and stage parts, check in deliveries, package and ship inventory, operate forklifts, and maintain accurate counts—ensuring a clean, safe workspace. Ideal candidates have sit-down forklift experience, basic computer skills, and a background in warehouse/materials

Qualifications

• Sit down forklift experience.
• Overhead cranes and rigging experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience in a warehouse or materials-handling environment is a plus.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage parts for Service and Fabrication.
• Check in and relocate delivered manufacturing materials.
• Package and ship inventory or purchased items using proper procedures.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts in a safe and responsible manner.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory of parts and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed.

What You'll Do

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.54 - $27.21 USD per hour.
