Expected salary range: $39,748 to $44,165, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose Of Position
Position involves warehouse handling and processing of parts, products, and materials. Duties will include traveling to various vendor locations, as well as performing receiving and warehousing duties.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities

1. Receives products, parts, material, and related equipment into inventory.
2. Products and material will include HVAC, plumbing, electronics, electrical, water heaters, and other related products and materials used by sales, installation, and service teams.
3. Assists with updating receiving data in product and parts computer management systems for inventory fulfillment.
4. Drives company vehicle to deliver and pick up parts at various supplier and other locations.
5. Processes and fills products and parts to installation and service personnel.
6. Utilizes clamp truck, order picker, and forklift as needed.
7. Pulls parts from inventory for truck stock replenishment.
8. Loads parts van and assists installers with loading water heaters via forklift and clamp trucks.
9. Receives incoming goods and inspects products, materials, and parts for accuracy and condition.
10. Validates and inputs appropriate receiving documents.
11. Packages parts for delivery via parcel carrier.
12. Stages products, parts, and materials for delivery to technicians and installation groups.
13. Determines disposition of returned parts and products, inspecting for damage and deciding on scrap, return to stock, or return to vendor for credit.
14. Fills orders to meet delivery deadlines, removing shipping cartons and crates as necessary.
15. Participates in inventory management as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Skills/Abilities: Ability to learn division-specific operations, act with tact and diplomacy, be computer literate, possess general knowledge of company operations, and pass U.S. DOT chemical tests.
2. Driving record must meet standards.
3. Education/Experience: At least 1 year of experience in product and parts receiving, and at least 1 year of forklift and clamp truck operation.
4. Other: Valid Maryland driver's license, physical ability to lift 75 lbs, willingness to work overtime, and availability for various shifts including Saturdays.
