Job summary

Trademark Metals Recycling LLC in Sanford, FL is seeking general labor workers to support our heavy manufacturing operations. Safety is emphasized and training is provided to help you grow within a thriving metal recycling environment.

You will help with material handling, yard traffic control, and basic equipment operation while keeping a clean, safe work area. The job requires physical stamina, flexibility for overtime, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year previous general labor in heavy manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and occasionally lift/carry/push/pull 10-25lbs.
• Ability to work standing or walking for up to 12 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and attend safety meetings.
• Control traffic patterns in yard and direct customers to unload materials.
• Inspect materials for non-acceptable items and report issues.
• Communicate deduction information to customers and teammates for accurate ticket information.
• Interact professionally with customers and management to maintain good relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
