SA Recycling in Miami is seeking a General Laborer to support yard operations in a scrap metal environment. You will perform general housekeeping, inspect processed materials, and assist technical workers.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills on the job. Responsibilities include unloading and sorting materials, operating basic equipment, and helping with maintenance and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must pass a medical physical and drug test.
• Must pass a background check.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; foreign education acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets, boxes, and bundles.
• Material handling and sorting; push, pull, lift, and carry.
• Unpack boxes and separate packaging materials.
• Disassemble small equipment and assist with machinery maintenance.
• Operate or assist with recycling equipment and direct yard traffic.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
