Job summary

RTX is seeking a Financial Analyst for its Supply Chain finance team in the Tucson area. The role focuses on material forecasting, risk and opportunity management, and monthly financial reviews, with exposure to SAP/APEX/PRISM, BW, and Analysis for Office. You will train teammates and collaborate with multiple management levels.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in finance, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Monthly analysis, research and reporting to the Supply Chain VP and Directors on ad hoc requests.
• Support consolidation and streamlining of reporting.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of program material forecasts and reviewing for reasonableness.
• Analyze material spend outlook and related risk/opportunities and identify actionable items.
• Facilitate meetings, drive alignment, and close actions.
• Support other team members in technical and analytical growth.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide cost reduction ideas and project support.
