Job summary

Propelis Group, including Collide, seeks a Material Handler to move material through the facility safely and efficiently to maintain production flow. The role requires adherence to safety programs and schedules while supporting multiple stations.

The candidate should have a HS diploma or GED, 2+ years of material handling experience, and strong MS Office skills; mechanical aptitude with forklifts is a plus. Overtime may be required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; further education preferred.
• 2+ years material handling experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/tools and forklifts.
• Willingness to overtime; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment safely per OSHA rules.
• Uses material handling equipment per procedures.
• Reports quality and production concerns to supervisor.
• Cross trains on all stations.
• Assists with inventory control by documenting movements.
• Performs operator-level preventative maintenance.
• Keeps work environment neat and clean.
• Assists production by covering functions as needed.
• Performs additional duties as required.
