Job summary

Propelis Group seeks a dedicated Material Handler to move materials and products through the facility safely and efficiently, supporting production schedules and standards.

The role requires the ability to operate lift trucks, use a variety of hand tools, and collaborate with peers to keep workflows continuous. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree preferred and 2+ years of experience in material handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical/2-year college preferred.
• 2+ years material handling experience or equivalent.
• Basic MS Office and internet skills.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with familiarity of tools and equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely per OSHA and company rules.
• Follow approved procedures and work instructions.
• Report quality and production concerns to supervisor.
• Cross-train on all department stations.
