Job summary

The role requires substantial automotive manufacturing experience, a related engineering degree, and the ability to travel for events. Competitive base salary is offered with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive manufacturing or assembly process coordination.
• Experience with manual material handling equipment and automated systems.
• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Optimize assembly‑logistics processes to ensure material flow and on‑time production.
• Plan use of tugger trains, forklifts, and kitting aligned to schedules.
• Implement AGV systems and integrate with existing workflows.
• Drive change management to improve efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Use MES software to monitor real‑time production and resource use.
• Develop route/traffic management strategies within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics to resolve issues.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
