• 5+ years in automotive manufacturing or assembly coordination.
• Experience with tugger trains, forklifts and AGV systems.
• Knowledge of route optimization and traffic planning.
• Familiarity with AEKO management in automotive settings.
• Strong safety, quality, and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Optimize assembly logistics for material flow and on-time production.
• Plan and improve manual handling strategies aligned with schedules.
• Implement and integrate AGVs and in-house logistics equipment.
• Lead change management to improve efficiency and costs.
• Use MES to monitor and optimize production resources.
• Develop route traffic plans and contingency measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate across engineering, production, and logistics.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.
