Job summary

H.J. Martin and Son in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Load Coordinator for a full-time role (Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with 30 min lunch). This position supports pulling orders, loading vans, inventory control, and coordinating material flow for residential and commercial projects.

Candidates should have forklift certification or relevant experience, plus strong organizational and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders, stage and load vans with material for deliveries and pickups.
• Assist in residential material picking and loading; heavy lifting as needed.
• Track inventory; confirm accuracy in RFMS and coordinate movements.
• Communicate with receiving, inventory control and installers to resolve issues.
• Support close-out, inventory audits and shop-site merchandising tasks.
• Back up warehouse duties including material handling and cutting/binding carpets as needed.
