Job summary

Redwood Materials Inc. is seeking a Lead Material Flow Specialist to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinating staffing and material movement to meet production goals.

You will guide associates, ensure inventory integrity, and drive safety and continuous improvement across shifts. Responsibilities include resolving inventory discrepancies, partnering with cross‑functional teams, and developing standard operating procedures while coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or manufacturing teams.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and inventory reconciliation.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, and priorities to meet production and material flow goals.
• Lead and support warehouse associates while promoting safety, quality, and accountability.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, perform adjustments, and support controls.
• Serve as point of contact for operational issues, shipping, transfers, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Identify and resolve process-, inventory-, and quality-related issues; escalate as needed.
• Support development and implementation of SOPs and work instructions.
• Train, mentor, and coach associates on safety, quality, equipment operation, and processes.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Quality and other departments for alignment.
• Communicate performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with safety and warehouse standards; perform additional duties as required.
