Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Warehouse Material Flow Manager to lead material movement, availability, and organization across our warehouse and production environment in Wisconsin. You will ensure timely put-away, replenishment, and inventory accuracy to support production schedules and customer commitments.

You will manage a team of material supervisors and handlers, drive lean flow with ERP/WMS systems, and partner with Logistics Operations leadership to optimize layouts and reduce waste while

Qualifications

3–5+ years in receiving, warehouse, or materials coordination.
Union environment experience preferred.
Proficiency with ERP/WMS transactions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of material supervisors and material handlers.
Develop and oversee material flow strategies across the warehouse and production value streams.
Utilize ERP, WMS, and inventory management systems to monitor material movement.
Ensure uninterrupted material availability for production and customer fulfillment.
Own dock-to-stock SLA and ensure timely put away, replenishment, and staging requirements.
Partner with the Logistics Operations Manager to optimize processes.
