Job summary

Redwood Materials Inc. in Nevada is seeking a Lead Material Flow Specialist to coordinate daily workflow, staffing, and inventory management across the warehouse.

You will lead associates, promote safety and quality, monitor inventory accuracy, and serve as a primary contact for cross-functional operations. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership during shifts and a passion for sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and flow.
• Experience with WMS, inventory transactions, and reconciliations.
• PIT/Forklift certification preferred.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow, staffing assignments, and priorities to support production and material flow objectives.
• Lead and support warehouse associates while promoting safety, quality, and accountability.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory control initiatives.
• Serve as a primary contact for operational issues, shipping and transfer requests, and cross-functional coordination.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process, inventory, and quality-related issues.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Train, mentor, and coach associates on safety, quality, and processes.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Quality, and other departments to align goals.
• Communicate performance, challenges, and improvements to leadership.
