Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 3+ years in manufacturing.

• SAP experience, especially Material Master Data, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support production daily to hit plant metrics in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Lead capital projects and rack design initiatives for new product integration.
• Drive WCM expansion activities and lean manufacturing improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement countermeasures through kaizen.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure flawless execution and efficiency.
• Specify and ensure proper implementation of new processes and equipment.
