Job summary

The role focuses on designing material handling solutions, validating equipment needs, and guiding plant-wide improvements in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of materials experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with automation and warehouse automation (AGV/AMR) is preferred.
• Strong collaboration across planning, production, and supply chain teams.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in lean material flow strategies and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for material flow and document standards.
• Collaborate with planning, inventory control, production, and supply chain.
• Develop material flow processes and equipment.
• Design layouts and optimize space, flow, and safety.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.
