Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and expediting material flow according to production schedules.
• Proficiency in analyzing inventory aging and discrepancies.
• Ability to review material transactions for accuracy and accountability.
• Experience with inventory planning and replenishment processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with the Inventory Control team.
• Monitor and analyze WIP aging and identify excess material within production areas.
• Coordinate the movement of materials between warehouse and production departments.
• Review production requirements and material availability to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Maintain accurate material inventory records, location tracking, and production-related data.
• Create, update, and analyze reports using Excel, BAAN, and other system tools.
• Work cross-functionally with production, warehouse, and inventory teams to resolve material issues and improve inventory accuracy.
