Job summary

Technimark is seeking a warehouse associate in El Paso, TX to load and unload shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and maintain accurate records for all products and materials. The role requires inspecting incoming materials, tracking lot numbers, and ensuring proper storage of finished goods and packing supplies at the JVSF warehouse.

youll work to keep areas clean, stage materials as needed, and support the Warehouse Supervisor with trainings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Loading shipments and unloading deliveries.
• Preparation of all required documentation required for shipments.
• Maintaining control and tracking of product and material lot numbers.
• Preparing daily shipments.
• Have a basic understanding of preparing and completing documents by electronic means.
• Receiving materials, equipment, etc., shipped to the JVSF warehouse. Checking of incoming shipment with packing list, material certification and Bill of Lading.
• Responsible for completing shipping, receiving and raw material records.
• Maintaining the storage of finished goods, materials, packaging, related supplies and warehouse equipment by established systems and procedures.
• Keeping all warehouse areas clean and organized at all times.
• Staging of materials, packing and supplies required by Warehouse Supervisor or representative.
• Recording of reports as required.
• Assist in training as required.
• Reports all matters that require his/her attention.
• Adheres to compliance with company safety and housekeeping regulations.
• Performing incoming inspections as required.
• Performs related work as required, as well as additional duties as instructed.
