Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Material Coordinator 3 to support warehousing, shipping, receiving, and stock put-away. You will assist in fulfilling shop and sales orders, stage production kits, and manage kit documentation.

Daily tasks include cycle counting, inventory control, and coordinating shipments with multiple carriers. You’ll train teammates, help optimize schedules, and ensure accuracy across departments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft suite applications.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• International shipping experience and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Shop Order Pulling: accurately pull daily shop orders for internal customers by assembling production kits.
• Stage kits on the production floor in accordance with the assembly schedule.
• 641 Kit management, DO, TT creation / execution.
• Shipping & Receiving: assist in efficiently pulling customer orders to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
• Stock inbound received parts and package completed assemblies for shipment.
• Receive parts into inventory, process RMAs and customer repairs; issue shortages, create tasks.
• Coordinate shipments (UPS / FedEx / DHL / LTL Freight) inbound and outbound.
• Cycle counting: conduct weekly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Material Coordinator: train employees on warehouse, shipping, receiving tasks; analyze production schedules.
