Job summary

AAR is hiring for a Warehouse position in San Diego, CA. The role covers inventory management, material handling, and ensuring compliance with shipping and documentation standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting inbound/outbound materials, packaging shipments, and maintaining accurate records in IMOPS. Candidates should have basic Microsoft Office skills and be able to obtain a secret clearance; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months of inventory/supply experience is highly desirable.
• Microsoft Office experience is preferred.
• Data Entry experience is preferred.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates problems and works to proactively mitigate them.
• Manage and control Government property and materials in IMOPS.
• Inspect inbound/outbound material for damage and proper documentation.
• Package outbound shipments using best commercial practices.
• Inspect OEM or FM Form 8130-3 documentation for originality and serial number.
• Data entry: entering, updating, receiving, shipping and issuing of material.
• All other duties as assigned.
