Job summary

Kelly Services in Billerica, MA is seeking a Material Coordinator II to join a premier manufacturing client. You will locate, audit, transfer, and stage materials to support production, conduct cycle counts, and prepare materials for cleanroom delivery.

You will operate pallet jacks when certified, support inventory integrity, and help train other coordinators while following safety, quality standards, and documented processes on a regular day shift (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years stockroom/warehouse/materials experience preferred.
• Familiar with stockroom operations and inventory control.
• Able to operate or be trained on powered industrial equipment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word; ERP familiarity.
• Commitment to accuracy, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Locate, audit, transfer, and stage materials to support production.
• Perform cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Pick orders and prep materials for cleanroom delivery.
• Maintain stockroom locations to maximize storage and flow.
• Relocate or dispose of excess inventory as directed.
• Operate pallet jacks or electric pallet jacks when certified.
• Assist and train other Material Coordinators as assigned.
• Follow safety policies, quality standards, and processes.
