Responsibilities

• Locates, audits and transfers kits or materials as required.
• May perform satellite receiving functions.
• May perform materials pick-up or drop-off at vendor sites using van/truck.
• Performs cycle count to verify and maintain inventory; identifies and processes nonconforming material.
• Prevents accumulation of excess or obsolete material under supervision.
• Moves stock as required.
• May replenish empty line-side bins in a manufacturing environment.
• Receives parts and updates inventory records; may use Oracle or other inventory systems.
• Verifies vendor delivery before accepting parts and/or inventory.
• Maintains shortage reports and reviews work orders.
• Purges stock of excess and obsolete material under supervisor.
• Takes action to rework, transfer, or scrap items.
• Operates powered industrial vehicles: pallet jack, forklift.
• May drive van/truck or operate overhead crane.
• Adheres to safety standards and protocols.
• Follows documented business processes.
• Trains other Material Coordinators.
• Prepares material for delivery to the cleanroom environment.
• Works in a spares environment with focus on inventory management.
• Performs transactions in SAP.
