Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Stockroom Clerk in Holliston, MA, with a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM shift and a pay rate of $21 per hour. You will support production by delivering materials from the warehouse, maintain the Kanban system, and help with inventory control.

The role requires basic math, English literacy, data entry accuracy, and safe operation of stockroom equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; prior material handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related material handling experience.
• Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and perform basic math.
• Willingness to learn and operate stockroom equipment safely (fork trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials from warehouse to production according to schedules.
• Maintain Kanban system to ensure steady workflow.
• Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory levels.
• Receive and process goods per purchase orders; deliver to departments.
• Inspect materials for quality and enter data into the business system.
• Receive returns according to safety and RMA procedures.
• Stock materials and fulfill orders per FIFO process.
• Verify items against orders and packing lists; note discrepancies.
