Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Manassas, Virginia on-site, contract, $36–$42 per hour, is seeking a Material Coordinator to ensure the correct materials are available at the correct row before work begins.

Responsibilities include receiving modules, tracking inventory by room/row/phase, documenting shortages, and coordinating staging with rigging and site leadership. This is a site-based contract role with overtime at 1.5x beyond 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction or warehouse materials control.
• Strong inventory and Excel skills, accurate documentation and comfort in an active jobsite.
• Forklift certification and OSHA 10 Construction.

What you will do

Assignment details

Expected start: Week of November 30, 2026. Project installation is scheduled through May 2027; actual assignment length depends on the project schedule. Expected schedule: five 10-hour shifts per week (50 hours), with 40 regular hours and 10 overtime hours. Overtime beyond 40 hours in a workweek is paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate.
