Qualifications

• High School diploma is required; college education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a business environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related software.

Responsabilités

• Communicates with internal personnel regarding timing of project materials.
• Coordinates purchasing activity between build teams and Materials Group, MI.
• Engages with Holland, MI Support Group to ensure best procurement and sourcing practices.
• Oversees indirect materials spend for the location.
• Manages all shipping, receiving and in-plant distribution of materials.
• Processes unneeded purchase materials and discrepancy invoices/packing slips.
• Pursues Continuous Improvement items related to ERP software, operations, logistics, materials management.
• Interacts with suppliers, team members, and internal customers professionally.
• Assists in maintaining positive supplier relationships and supports business goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities: Communicates with internal personnel regarding timing of project related materials. Coordinates purchasing activity between . build teams and Materials Group , MI. Actively engaged with the Holland, MI Support Group to ensure best procurement and sourcing practices are being utilized. Expedites as appropriate. Communicates with subcontract suppliers as necessary, including logistics, timing, and planning. Oversees indirect materials spend for the location. All shipping, receiving and in plant distribution of materials. Processes unneeded purchase materials. Processes discrepancy invoices and packing slips. Pursues Continuous Immprovement items as it relates to ERP software, operations, logistics, materials management, etc. Interacts with suppliers, team members, and internal customers in a manner that is distinguished by a high level of professionalism and ethics. Assists in maintaining positive supplier relationships. Generally assists and supports as is necessary to acheive business goals and objectives.

Requirements: High School diploma, College preferred. 2 years experience in business environment preferred. Proficient in MS office. Follow all policies and procedures, both organizational and otherwise.
