Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in material controls or related fields.
• Experience supporting EPC, industrial, energy, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory, and reconciliation processes.
• Proven ability to lead warehouse operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project material control activities to support safe, efficient project execution.
• Develop and implement material control strategies aligned with schedules and objectives.
• Manage material control personnel, warehouse teams, coordinators, and field specialists.
• Ensure materials are identified, quantified, requisitioned, tracked, and distributed per requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Expediting, Engineering, Construction, and Project Controls.
• Establish procedures, inventory controls, and reporting processes.
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages or risks affecting execution.
• Oversee receiving, storage, preservation, issuance, transfer, and inventory control activities.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with procedures and quality standards.
• Support field teams with timely material delivery and availability.
• Review forecasts, inventory levels, consumption, and stocking needs.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in execution.
• Support reconciliation, audits, surplus management, and closeout activities.
• Identify material-related risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve delivery issues.
• Provide material status reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
