Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, logistics, construction support or project operations.
• Experience coordinating material movement across multiple field locations and projects.
• Experience working with project teams, contractors, vendors and business groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material tracking processes for multiple active projects.
• Track materials from requisition through delivery, storage, transfer and final reconciliation.
• Verify material deliveries and inventory levels with field teams across Texas locations.
• Act as liaison among project management, engineering, contractors, purchasing, accounting, and vendors.
• Interface with vendors regarding order status, shipment schedules, and returns.
• Support procurement with expediting, discrepancy resolution, and documentation.
• Identify long-lead items and supply chain risks affecting project execution.
• Support audits and internal controls related to inventory and project costs.
• Investigate material discrepancies, damaged shipments, and invoicing mismatches.
