Job summary

Worley is seeking a Manager, Project Controls to lead cost and schedule control across concurrent projects from Bastrop, Texas. The role focuses on governance, planning, earned value, and reporting to project leadership.

You will supervise teams, coordinate with cost and schedule data, and develop proactive controls to meet performance goals in a dynamic energy, chemicals and resources environment. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in related field or applicable discipline.
• Experience including supervisory, project management and/or technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Makes independent decisions and sets priorities on complex projects; daily administration of project related policies and processes.
• Interacts with supervisor and provides technical guidance; broad objectives and policy conformity.
• Directs work directly or through supervisors or professionals leading others.
• Communicates and presents proposals and reports to staff and management; ability to persuade and influence.
• Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field; may develop new systems and tools.
