Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. in Houston seeks a Material Control Supervisor to oversee material flow, inventory control and warehousing for gas processing operations, ensuring timely availability to meet production schedules.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial manufacturing, SAP Inventory Management, ability to read engineering drawings, and proven leadership. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a 2-year technical diploma is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years in industrial/manufacturing roles.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience fabricating pipe spools and vessels.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP Inventory Management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of materials for production.
• Maintain inventory records and audit stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely material delivery and quality.
• Lead and develop a team of material control personnel.
• Analyze processes and implement cost-saving improvements.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance in material handling.
• Maintain records and prepare management reports.
