Job summary

Enerflex seeks a Procurement Expeditor to support the Engineered Systems unit by following up on critical material commodities, equipment and supplies. You will work with vendors to keep project delivery on schedule and provide expediting reports to the project team.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of SAP-MM experience, strong organization and communication skills, and flexibility for overtime as needed. Enerflex offers competitive wages and benefits.

• Basic proficiency in use of computer and Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Adobe, etc.)
• 2-4 years' experience with SAP-MM or similar ERP system
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Work with outside vendors and service providers to coordinate projects and deliverables to meet project production and on-site construction schedules.
• Prepare and provide expediting reports to project team/manager to communicate status of equipment and materials.
• Update purchase orders in SAP with correct, accurate delivery dates on an as-needed basis
• Resolve material discrepancies on shipments from suppliers.
• Facilitate repair or replacement of defective materials.
• Monitor Supplier performance.
• Maintain knowledge of the local factory representatives and authorized distributors
• Maintain current published price list and discount schedules.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
