Job summary

T1 Energy Inc. seeks a Raw Materials Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Raw Materials department, ensuring uninterrupted material flow from receipt to production consumption. You will manage inventory accuracy, FEFO compliance, and collaborate with PMC, Quality, and Logistics to prevent disruptions.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/inventory management, with at least 2 years in supervision, strong leadership, and experience with WMS/ERP/MES. On-site position in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or inventory management, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, and production support.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, MES, and Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Raw Materials team to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control of all raw materials for production.
• Ensure inventory transactions are accurate in WMS, MES, and ERP systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages while maintaining target levels.
• Manage daily material staging and issuance to production with FEFO compliance.
• Oversee cycle counts, inventories, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with Quality on holds, nonconforming inventory, and disposition.
• Coordinate with Compliance and 3PLs to verify inventory at external locations.
