Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Production Control Planner for our client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on creating and executing production plans to maximize capacity and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling and shipping, monitoring material readiness, managing work orders, interfacing with customers, and generating shipment documents. A bachelor's in a related field and SAP/Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 2 years in production planning, control, or scheduling.
Excel proficiency; SAP ERP experience preferred.
SCM certification is a plus (APICS CPIM, CIPS, Six Sigma).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail oriented.
Inventory and ERP systems experience (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

Plan production scheduling and shipping plans based on capacity and material readiness.
Review raw material readiness and coordinate with buyers daily.
Control input/output/shipment (IOS).
Generate and monitor work orders and rework orders.
Interface with customers for order fulfillment.
Coordinate with production and warehouse to resolve schedule issues.
Issue sales orders and prepare shipping documents.
Present shipment hit-rate results for management reviews.
