Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a Materials Change Coordinator to process, store, and distribute parts for assembly and manufacturing. You will work with the Materials Manager and cross-functional teams to manage changes to parts, BOMs, routings, and releases, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

The role involves coordinating ECR/ECO changes, maintaining part records in Oracle GL Prod, and conducting cycle counts and inventory reconciliation while adhering to EHS and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering, or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Change management and configuration control experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/PLM tools; ability to analyze data and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve ECR/ECO changes as a member of the Design Change Board.
• Create and maintain parts including costing, BOMs, and routes in Oracle GL Prod.
• Manage changes to Parts/Structure (BOMs/Routings) and assess production impact.
• Perform cycle audits and physical inventory per schedule.
• Quarantine and release materials; verify inventory accuracy.
