Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a Material Change Coordinator to manage part transfers, BOM changes, and material movement across locations. You will collaborate with quality, production, logistics, and finance to ensure accurate changes and timely implementation.

The role requires knowledge of Oracle GL Prod, PLM software, and strong analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering or 5+ years in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Engineering with a HS diploma.

Responsibilities

  • Know and understand discontinuations, concessions, non-conforming products, material identification and segregation, configuration control and documentation practices (MyWorkShop).
  • Review Impact Analysis, facilitate Implementation routing, and finalize Implementation Action Plan.
  • Review and approve ECR/ECO changes as a member of the Design Change Board.
  • Oracle GL Prod Tasks: Add/Remove Manufacturer Equivalent Part Maintenance; Create and setup parts including costing, BOMs, and routes; Manage changes to Parts/Structure (BOMs/Routings); Review work order variance and correct where needed.
  • Physically and electronically move materials between locations – quarantine and release.
  • Receive/issue release certificates, quantify and verify inventory.
  • Perform cycle audits and physical inventory as scheduled.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Comply with EHS and quality system regulations and policies.
