Freudenberg Group in the United States is seeking an entry-level Logistics/Operations support person to handle manual order entry, monitor shipments, and communicate with suppliers to resolve issues. The role involves weekly MRP/Vendor Scheduling, tracking overseas shipments, and maintaining supplier release files.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience or training, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manual order entry.
• Monitor supplier shipments and deliveries (Hit List).
• Communicate with suppliers by email or phone to resolve issues.
• Monitor emails daily for supplier ASN’s.
• Manage and provide supporting documents for problem communications.
• Adjust rubber inventories as needed.
• Run MRP/Vendor Scheduling weekly and as backup.
• Track and manage overseas shipments.
• Provide shipping and customer service backup.
• Maintain contact with Logistics Freight Forwarder.
• Issue AETCs for expedite pickups and deliveries.
• Review freight bills for errors from logistics company.
• Maintain supplier release files.

Responsibilities:

Manual order entry

Hit List- monitor supplier shipments and deliveries

Communicate with suppliers by email or phone if issues arise

Monitor email multiple times daily for supplier ASN’s

Manage Problem Communications (PCs) and provide supporting documents

Adjust rubber inventories

Run MRP/Vendor Scheduling weekly and back up

Track and manage overseas shipments

Shipping and customer service back up

Manage and keep in contact with Logistics Freight Forwarder

Manage and issue AETC’s for expedite pick up and deliveries

Review freight bills for errors from logistics company

Maintain supplier release files

Qualifications:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) One to three months related experience and/ or training equivalent combination for education and experience.

Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft applications preferred. (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc..)
