Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a skilled professional to oversee inventory control for manufactured, raw, and merchandise items at our Hopkinsville, KY site. The role includes optimizing warehouse space, implementing 5S, and leading SIOP meetings with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 5 years of relevant experience, and ideally an MBA with APICS/CSCMP knowledge. Project management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Five years of industrial production or material production/assembly work experience.
• Supply Chain Management certifications (APICS, CSCMP) preferred.
• Project management experience.

• Inventory control strategies for Manufactured, Raw, and Merchandise items.
• Manage shipping warehouse space control and 5S.
• Lead Sales & Operations meetings (SIOP).
• Review strategies and forecasts with interdisciplinary team (forecast, safety stock, FAS).

Responsibilities:

• Inventory control and strategies for Manufactured, Raws, and Merchandise items.
• Manage shipping warehouse space control & 5S
• Lead Sales & Operations meetings (SIOP)
• Review strategies and forecasts with interdisciplinary team (forecast, safety stock, FAS) with market managers on a regular basis
• Support Maintenance of proper Schedules of HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) numbers

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Five years of industrial production or material production/assembly work experience
• Preferred: Supply Chain Management (APICS, CSCMP)
• Project management experience
