Job summary

Freudenberg USA in Kentucky is seeking an Order Entry/Logistics support role. You will manually enter orders, monitor shipments, and communicate with suppliers by phone and email to resolve issues.

You’ll assist with MRP scheduling, track overseas shipments, and provide backup shipping and customer service support with a focus on accuracy and timely communication. The candidate should have a high school diploma (GED) and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Background in data entry and supplier communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manual order entry.
• Monitor supplier shipments and deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers by email or phone when issues arise.
• Monitor email for supplier ASN’s throughout the day.
• Support problem communications with documentation.
• Adjust inventories as needed.
• Run MRP/vendor scheduling weekly and back up.
• Track overseas shipments and assist shipping.
• Provide logistics backup for freight forwarding and customer service.
• Review freight bills for errors and maintain supplier release files.

• Manual order entry
• Hit List- monitor supplier shipments and deliveries
• Communicate with suppliers by email or phone if issues arise
• Monitor email multiple times daily for supplier ASN’s
• Manage Problem Communications (PCs) and provide supporting documents
• Adjust rubber inventories
• Run MRP/Vendor Scheduling weekly and back up
• Track and manage overseas shipments
• Shipping and customer service back up
• Manage and keep in contact with Logistics Freight Forwarder
• Manage and issue AETC’s for expedite pick up and deliveries
• Review freight bills for errors from logistics company
• Maintain supplier release files

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) One to three months related experience and/ or training equivalent combination for education and experience. Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft applications preferred. (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc..)
