Job summary

Electronic Power Design, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Material Associate 2 to support warehouse operations, improve inventory accuracy, and ensure timely material availability for production.

In this role you will mentor junior staff, coordinate with production, and use ERP systems and scanners to track materials, perform kitting, replenishment, and shipping while upholding safety and quality standards every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using ERP systems and handheld scanners.
• Knowledge of inventory control and material handling processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced material handling including receiving, put-away, kitting, Kanban replenishment, and shipping.
• Verify and scan incoming materials using handheld scanners and ERP systems.
• Assemble kits for production orders with BOM accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Mentor Material Associate 1 and support onboarding.
• Promote adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.
