Job summary

Hill Robinson Group is seeking a 1st Mate / Engineer for a private 30m motor yacht based in Florida, with operations between Miami and West Palm Beach. Start date flexible; Florida itinerary.

Ideal candidate has at least 2 years as Deck/Mate on yachts 20m+, basic engineering knowledge, and strong communication. Spanish is a plus; fishing or diving skills are bonus. US green card holders preferred.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Miami waterways and Key Biscayne.
• Basic engineering knowledge and proactive problem-solving ability.

An opportunity for a Mate with good engineering skills to join a well-maintained 30m private motor yacht. Ideal for someone with a S Florida home base who enjoys working in a small, close-knit crew. The vessel operates between Miami and West Palm.
