Ideal candidate has at least 2 years as Deck/Mate on yachts 20m+, basic engineering knowledge, and strong communication. Spanish is a plus; fishing or diving skills are bonus. US green card holders preferred.
Qualifications

- Good knowledge of Miami waterways and Key Biscayne.
- Basic engineering knowledge and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Spanish speaking a plus.
