The role requires reliability, organization, and a family-friendly approach. Requirements include USCG 100gt or equivalent, valid B1B1 or US passport, STCW, ENG1, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• USCG 100gt or equivalent.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must have experience captaining similar sized vessels with strong references.
• Strong engineering/technical knowledge.

• Must speak English to a high standard.
• Willing to comply with a criminal background check prior to employment.
