Job summary

FC Cincinnati is seeking a motivated individual to enhance the fan experience during the 2027 MLS Sprint Season. The role supports match-day activities at TQL Stadium with weekend, evening, and holiday hours. The position is based at the stadium and involved in multiple fan engagement sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating activations, managing the FCC Promo Team, and collaborating with partners to deliver engaging promotions for fans and events.

• Coordinate Fan Zones with engaging activities (Striker Challenge, inflatables, crafts, photo stations).
• Research, innovate and create new fan activation ideas.
• Lead outreach to stay current on trends from other teams.
• Oversee scheduling, uniforms, training and management of the FCC Promo Team.
• Manage inventory and storage spaces for Fan Engagement at Washington Park and TQL Stadium.
• Collaborate with partners to integrate promotions into match day entertainment.

Department: Match Production and Fan Engagement

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Fan Engagement

Position Summary:

FC Cincinnati is seeking a highly motivated individual interested in enhancing the fan experience at FC Cincinnati. This role will support the department's goal of increasing the fan experience of every individual at each matchday and any other special event. This position will work up to 28 hours a week including FCC home matches. This role is primarily based at TQL Stadium and there may be weekend, evening, and holiday hours required.

Please note this position is allotted for the 2027 MLS Sprint Season, which runs from February through April. However, there may be an opportunity for continued employment during the 2027-2028 season based on organizational needs and individual performance.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate the planning and execution of various match day activations that take place at TQL Stadium and neighboring activation sights such as Washington Park.
• Coordinate Fan Zones at Washington Park, the Carl and Martha Linder Plaza, Mercy Health Plaza and Corner Kick:
  • Provide excellent customer service while offering fun and engaging activities to include:
    • Striker Challenge
    • Inflatables
    • Craft zones
    • Photo stations
  • Research/Innovate/Create new fan activation ideas
  • Lead outreach to stay current on trends/ideas from other teams, what is/isn't working for them
• Oversee the scheduling, uniforms, training and management of the FCC Promo Team
• Oversee tracker for all Fan Engagement inventory and storage spaces at Washington Park and TQL Stadium.
• Work with Sr. Manager, Fan Engagement to build relationships and databases across teams and sports to create best fan engagement practices.
• Work directly with partners to integrate promotions and giveaways into matchday entertainment, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both fans and partners.
