Job summary

Centurion Health at Tipton Correctional Center in Tipton, Missouri, seeks a full-time MAT Telehealth Patient Facilitator. You will schedule, facilitate, coordinate and monitor telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff serving inmates, ensuring smooth operations and timely access to care.

Candidates with a background in mental or physical health and prior administrative or medical assistant duties are preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in mental health or physical health preferred.
• Administrative or medical assistant experience preferred.
• Experience in a correctional mental health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, facilitates, coordinates and monitors telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff.
• Supports patient access and care coordination within Missouri Department of Corrections.
• Ensures smooth telehealth operations and timely documentation.
