Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time MAT Telehealth Patient Facilitator for Boonville Correctional Center in Boonville, Missouri. You will schedule, coordinate, and monitor telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff serving Missouri Department of Corrections patients.

Preferred candidates have a background in health and/or administrative medical support, with prior experience in correctional mental health settings.

Qualifications

• Background in mental health or physical health preferred.
• Administrative/medical assistant training or duties preferred.
• Experience in correctional mental health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, facilitate, coordinate, and monitor telehealth visits.
• Coordinate care with medical and mental health staff.
• Maintain TB, CPR/BLS, and AED certifications and safety documentation.
