Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Telehealth Patient Facilitator for the Northeast Correctional Center in Bowling Green, Missouri. This full-time role focuses on scheduling, facilitating, coordinating, and monitoring telehealth visits for both medical and mental health staff serving inmates.

The ideal candidate has a background in mental or physical health, prior administrative or medical assistant training, and experience in a correctional health setting.

Qualifications

• Background in mental health or physical health preferred.
• Administrative and/or medical assistant training preferred.
• Experience in a correctional mental health setting preferred.
• Current tuberculosis documentation and CPR/BLS/AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, facilitate, coordinate, and monitor telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff.
• Provide telehealth services to patients within Missouri Department of Corrections.
