Centurion Health is seeking a full-time MAT Telehealth Patient Facilitator at Women’s Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center in Vandalia, MO. The role schedules, facilitates, coordinates, and monitors telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff serving the Missouri Department of Corrections.

The ideal candidate has a background in mental or physical health, administrative or medical assistant experience, and is prepared for background checks, tuberculosis documentation,

Qualifications

• Background in mental or physical health preferred.
• Experience in correctional mental health settings preferred.
• Must pass background check and have tuberculosis documentation, and certifications in CPR/BLS/AED.

Responsabilités

• Schedule, facilitate, coordinate, and monitor telehealth visits.
• Support medical and mental health staff in telehealth operations.
• Maintain TB status, certifications, and security clearance requirements.
